"Update since we left State Farm we have just found that they illegally listed an accident under my name. Unbelievable how badly this insurance company screwed us over. I now have to hire an attorney to get this removed from my record (I was never in an accident when state farm claims I was) but because of the negligence of this company and their agents it has made my car insurance go through the roof. You should be ashamed of yourself. ------ If I could leave a zero I would. I left a great review for this agency in May. We thought finally we had an insurance company that cared and that would help us and take care of us. I mean after all we are paying ALOT of money to have insurance with them. We paid for accident forgiveness (we have a teen driver) and we were told we would pay $200 less than we were paying for Allstate. We switched from Allstate for both Auto and Home Owners. Two weeks after switching we got a bill for MORE than what we were originally told by $325. Got run around after run around about that, they finally dropped it back to what we were quoted (mind you at this time the only accident was on my record for less than $1800 five years ago). Then our daughter got into an accident, a very minor fender bender to boot. (I used to work PI both on defense and plaintiff I know how this game is played) we got a notice from State Farm they were cancelling our insurance on July 20. (Remember we paid for accident forgiveness and the accident my daughter got into was under $10,000 after they play the pay the discount game to everyone). I was so disappointment by this time. I called and cancelled everything with them on July 10. We went back to USAA. It is now August 6, 2024 despite numerous attempts to get our money refunded from this insurance company we still have not seen our Home Owners refunded or our car insurance refunded and they owe us that. Legally. This agent has said repeatedly they have called me (my attorney made me go get my call logs to prove otherwise). This agent told me two weeks ago the checks were going out and sent - they never were sent. Today they told us again they "mailed" us the checks to our home on August 1- still do not have them. It has been and continues to be a very frustrating process with this agent and this company. They are quick to take your money and then give you the run around to give you the money back AND even if you are paying for accident forgiveness they will still drop you or raise your rates through the roof. Think twice, they are not a good neighbor."

I felt like it was a sign. The gentleman on the card looked like he enjoyed working for State Farm so I called and gave it a shot. Spoke to Jordain Johnson.
